Pyare Mohan a healthy entertainer, is based on script by Milap Zaveri and Tushar Hiranandani, who had written Masti.
Pyare (Fardeen Khan) and Mohan (Vivek Oberoi) are brothers who work as policemen at the same station. One is blind while the other is deaf!

Into their lives enter Priya (Amrita Rao) and Preeti (Esha Deol) who fall for their charms. But one day their lives take a turn for the worse when they find out that they are blamed for a crime they did not commit. They have been identified on surveillance cameras as having stolen a very expensive diamond from a showroom. This results in their suspension from the police force.

What starts as a love quest for Pyare and Mohan becomes a life or death gamble for them. Preeti and Priya are on the hit list of a gangster. Now the question is – Can the blind Pyare and the deaf Mohan save their ladyloves from the baddies? 'Pyare Mohan' is being described as a wholesome entertainer. Unlike Indra Kumar's 'Masti', 'Pyare Mohan' doesn’t rely on double entendres that can put off the family audience. The movie’s story is written by Milap Zaveri and Tushar Hiranandani. Although their methods of apprehending criminals resemble those of the Keystone cops - they do manage on occasion to solve crimes diligently. Then all of a sudden their lives take a turn for the worse when they find out that they are being blamed for mistakes they did not commit. Not only that, they have been identified by video-taped evidence of having stolen an expensive diamond from a showroom. Both of them are suspended, charged with theft, and held in a prison cell until the courts decide their fate, leaving the Commissioner of Police, Shyamlal to ponder what went wrong and where.

‘Pyare Mohan’ will hit the theatres on April 21.
